Why join Euromarina?

It is vital that a strong and vigorous independent European marina industry is represented by an organisation with a distinct identity of its own that can unify its members and promote their interests from a position of strength in fields as diverse as the promotion of standards for recreational harbours and boating to lobbying EU institutions.

Euromarina provides a recognised platform for the associations it represents through its contacts with regional and national governments and in the offices of the European Commission. At the end of 2005, the decision was taken to allow individual harbours to join Euromarina, as well as companies or individuals active in the design, construction, equipment and management of marinas. Single members of the Federation, including consultants, experts, engineers, etc, who share similar goals, are now welcome to become part of its Europe-wide network of marina operators and professionals working in the industry.

A wide range of advice and help is available from Euromarina and every member receives the Federation’s official magazine, ‘Euromarina Review’, gains full access to its website:

 www.euromarina.org

and can participate in the European Marina Conference.

Marinas across Europe are proud to fly the Euromarina flag as it indicates that the operator shares the Federation’s commitment to high standards of service, safety, security and environmental responsibility.
